Payment Terms

- For orders of 1000 kg and below, full payment of 100% is required 5 days before shipment pickup or delivery. - For orders exceeding 1,000 kg up to a full container load (FCL), a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due after the bill of lading (B/L) is released. - The preferred payment methods are Wire Transfer (TT) and Letter of Credit (L/C).

Product Sample Terms

- Minimum product samples of 150 grams are available free of charge, excluding shipping costs. - For customers with a preferred courier account, we can arrange a collect shipment. - We can provide a competitive shipping quote through our preferred courier service, and the amount can be reimbursed via PayPal to nusantaracoffeejava@gmail.com.
